Trying to eat healthier can have a powerful effect on your life and may break your cycle of boredom without you even realizing it.
The new ways of preparing your food, the diversity of flavours in what you’re eating, and the newfound energy that a better diet can bring will surely not only be good for your health but will have you doing things differently on the regular. This way you’ll feel better, be happier, and be more ready than ever to try out something new.
Eating healthy is a good thing for many reasons. I think there are more ways one can spice up their lives.

Online gaming is really not my think, I just try to avoid the addiction. But yeah, we do play badminton daily for a couple of hours. One of the Pros of lockdown, we get ample of time for sports activities within the premises.
